What is included in jobsite setup

Turnkey delivery includes transporting the curing room to your site, positioning and leveling it, connecting power, and verifying that temperature and humidity are within ASTM C511 range. Technicians do not leave until the unit is operating in spec.

Setup also includes operator training so your crew can load cylinders, read monitoring data, and perform basic checks confidently for the rest of the rental term.

The setup process

Calibration: temperature and humidity are brought to ASTM C511 range and verified. 4. Training: your crew is walked through operation and monitoring. 5. Handoff: the room is live and ready for cylinders.

Relocation to a new site on the same program can be scheduled and re-calibrated the same way.

Ongoing support during the rental

Maintenance, calibration verification, and technical support are included for the rental term. If equipment issues arise, we dispatch a technician or arrange a replacement unit to minimize disruption to your testing schedule.

At the end of the rental, we handle pickup and de-installation — you simply clear the cylinders and make the unit accessible.
